UTI or Urinary Tract Infection is an infection which involves kidney, uterus, bladder and urethra. Now a days women have greater chance of having UTI, not only for once, it happens frequently if it can't be handled. How can you understand you have UTI? I'm showing you the symptoms.

Usually doctors treat UTI with antibiotics. But, there are some home remedies by which you can handle UTI. Let's see what are they:

1. The first thing you have to do is to take plenty of water, I'm not mentioning any quantity just like 8 or 10 glasses. I request you to take as much as you can, even more than you can take. Water helps you to flush out the organism that causes UTI. If you take plenty of water, you need to go to washroom for urination frequently. Please don't try to hold yourself from going to washroom, that may cause higher risk of bacterial growth which leads to UTI. If you feel that you need urination, then don't stop yourself.
2. If you have already UTI, try to avoid caffeine, carbonated beverages, artificial sweeteners, sugar or sugar enriched food. Because these will slower the process healing of UTI. Replace those unhealthy foods with high fibered healthy food.
3. Take a lot of vitamin C enriched food, if you can't take a lot of water, mix lemon juice with water and drink it frequently. Vitamin C makes urine more acidic that helps to inhibit bacterial growth in urinary tract.
4. Change your lifestyle such as using loose cotton made under garments, using perfume free hygiene  products, avoid smoking and maintain cleanliness after micturation and defecation every time.

5. Take plenty of yogurt. Because it's a probiotic food which contains a lot of good bacteria fights against the microbes causing UTI. If you don't like to have yogurt, then take probiotic supplements daily.

Thanks a lot. Have a good day. <3
