Allergic reactions are the results of abnormal immune response to some allergens such as certain food or dust or any other ingredients. The function of immune system is to protect our entire body from infections and threats by producing IgE antibodies. When we feel allergy, that means our body recognizes the threats or allergen.   • Castor oil is one of the well known remedies which is very much effective in treating allergic reactions. Mix five or six drops of castor oil with half cup of water of fruit juice and drink this mixture on empty stomach every morning. This is very much beneficial for skin allergy,  intestinal tract allergy and allergic reactions of nasal passage.
  • Mixture of beet juice, carrot juice and cucumber juice is another wonderful remedy for allergy. 100ml of beet and cucumber juice should be added with 300ml of carrot juice to make the mixture, should be consumed at least once a day.
  • Certain nutrients have beneficial effects in treating allergic reactions such as vitamin B5(pantothenic acid). A dose of 100 mg vitamin B5 daily for one month helps to recover the allergic reactions, but this recovery procedure takes several weeks.
  • There is a super-effective remedy, that is mixture of lime juice, luke warm water and honey. Add a lime juice, a teaspoon of honey with luke warm water and drink this mixture daily in the morning. This mixture is also known as an anti-toxic agent.
  • Gingko-biloba has a beneficial effect, the leaves of gingko-biloba activate platelets which helps to fight against allergies. It has antihistamines and anti-inflammatory agents.

Most of us used to see the cartoon "Popeye- the sailor man." Popeye always used spinach as energy enhancer. In one episode of this famous cartoon, Popeye said to his children, "take spinach, it is good for health". But, his children were used to avoid him and went to take ice-cream. Yes, you are right. Laser Hair Removal Causes Skin Cancer?
